SAUBLE COTTAGES

LOCATION: Third Ave. North in Sauble Beach. Two blocks to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to downtown and groceries.

Dave Pringlemeir has been looking after this property for over 10 years with lots of repeat customers. There are two units on the property for rent which make it wonderful for extended families. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. The two units are connected with a "breeze way" which is nice in rainy weather.

Features include a 3 piece bathroom, cable television (Victoria Day to Thanksgiving) with VCR, BBQ, picnic tables, electric heat, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cottage kitchens are equipped with a microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. Please bring your own bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, DVD player, etc.

These family only cottages are located within a short walk to the pedestrian only beach. Sauble Beach has miles of sandy beach with shallow sandy shores that are perfect for kids (under a watchful eye). The cottages are cleaned prior to your arrival. Pricing is $800 CAD per week.

The cottages are non-smoking and pets are not allowed due to considerations for other guests.
